CRIA is a sunglasses brand from Rio de Janeiro, born from the desire to do things differently.
Founded by Amanda Biasi, who has worked in the eyewear market for over 8 years, the brand started from the realization that most pieces out there all looked the same. That's where the idea came from: something with its own identity, distinctive design and attitude.
The name CRIA comes from a popular Brazilian expression:
"Where are you a cria from?"
A cria of your state, your city, your neighborhood. A way of bringing people together and celebrating where each one comes from.
